What This Wall Is
This wall is not a certificate. It is a census.
Most donor walls are monuments — plaques on buildings, names on bricks, recognition frozen at the moment of giving. This wall is different. It is a living document. Every name here is a living connection to a real tree in a real district, tended right now by a real family who depends on it.
When Priya K. in Singapore adopted 20 palms in 2023, her name appeared here. But more importantly, 20 palms appeared in Thanjavur — GPS-tagged, guardian-assigned, and photographed every month. Her name on this wall is not a receipt. It is a root.
When Murugesan climbs his palms in Thanjavur on the first of every month, camera in hand, he is connected to the 200 names on this wall whose trees he tends. The wall is the bridge between a family in Singapore and a family in Tamil Nadu — and it gets stronger every time a new name is added.
The wall grows as the forest grows. A new donor means new trees. New trees means a new or expanded guardian. A new guardian means a family that earns — and that earns tomorrow, next year, and the year after that, from the trees that your name helped plant.
We are aiming for a million names on this wall — one for every palm tree in our long-term vision for Tamil Nadu. Today there are 1,200. But every great forest starts with a single seed. You are reading this because you are considering becoming one of them.

Village Guardians
Guardians of the Grove.
These are not donors. They are the people who climb trees, photograph palms, and tend groves for the names on this wall. Without them, the wall would be just a list. Because of them, it is a forest.
Murugesan R.
Thanjavur District · 2 years serving
"I started with 10 palms. Now I care for 40. Each one has a number, a donor's name, and a GPS pin. I know every tree like I know my field."
Guardian income paid directly to bank account. Verified monthly.
Selvi A.
Coimbatore District · 3 years serving
"I coordinate twelve volunteers across our grove. We divided the land, assigned each family a section, and we all upload photos on the same day so no grove is missed."
Grove Captain — responsible for volunteer co-ordination and monthly reporting.
Ravi K.
Tirunelveli District · 4 years serving
"Three districts, one mission. When a guardian has trouble — a pest, a drought, a damaged GPS tag — I go. I have driven 400 km in a single day to save a grove."
Regional Steward — oversees Palmyra revival across southern Tamil Nadu.
Recent Guardians & Donors
Names on the wall. Trees in the ground.
Every card is a real person. Every palm count is a real tree with GPS co-ordinates, a real guardian, and a real photograph taken this month. The wall is always growing — these are the most recent additions.
